MISSION

Last Days Overcomers is a global Christian ministry dedicated to preparing and empowering believers spiritually, emotionally, and physically for the time before the most important day in history – The Day that Jesus comes back. We provide resources and conferences to help believers understand God’s purposes for the Last Days and how Christians can join Him in those purposes and someday hear the words “Well done good and faithful servant.”

Nelson Walters

Nelson Walters is the founder and Director of Overcomers, Inc., a non-profit, non-denominational ministry dedicated to preparing believers for the times before the greatest day in history – the day that Jesus comes back. Overcomers, Inc. assists in awakening Christians to God’s purposes at the End of the Age through face-to-face conferences, internet-based teaching, books, and Bible studies.

Nelson is the author of nine books including Revelation Deciphered, How to Prepare for the Last Days, and Daniel Unsealed. And he encourages and opens the scriptures to millions every year on his internationally renowned YouTube channel.

Nelson is married to Laura and together they have 3 adult children and one grand-daughter.

Marquis Laughlin

Marquis Laughlin is the founder of Acts of The Word Ministries, a unique non-denominational ministry dedicated to transforming people’s lives through the words of the Bible. As a performance artist and missionary to the church in America, h is uniquely compelling dramatic solo Scripture presentations include 7 different books of the Bible, highlighting the epic story of God’s relationship with man; Genesis, Exodus, Ecclesiastes, Daniel, John’s Gospel, Acts of the Apostles, & Revelation.

For the past two decades – with the exception of 2020, he has maintained an active touring schedule at theaters, conferences, and houses of worship both large and small all across America, and occasionally overseas.

His passion is to inspire audiences to act out the words they hear. All of Marquis’ Scripture presentations are dedicated to bringing the good news of the Gospel and relief to the world’s poorest children.

He and his wife Theresa have three teen-agers and live in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

Jake McCandless

Jake McCandless is founder and executive director of Stand Firm, lead pastor of Epic Church in Northwest Arkansas, and a trainer for Epic Life, as well as a multiple award-winning author. Jake has a B.A. in Bible and Pastoral Studies from Central Baptist College, and an Advanced Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jake’s heart is that believers would be spiritually prepared for the challenges today and those in the future. Through Stand Firm’s family initiative, Jake is helping families have a faith that last and prepare for the last days. Jake’s unique focus is helping parents around the globe reverse engineer parenting through his speaking, books, Stand Firm Parents Podcast, and Stand Firm Parents Blog. His latest book, Jesus and His White Horse, is the first traditionally published children’s picture book on the return of Jesus.

Jake has been a contributor to many publications including WND News with popular conservative voices such as Pat Buchanan, Ann Coulter, Ben Carson, Chuck Norris, Greg Laurie, Ben Schapiro, Joel Richardson, and others. He now is a weekly contributor for Israel, Islam, and the End Times and Armageddon News, as well as his Stand Firm Blog and his weekly syndicated column Stand Firm & Live Epic. He has authored books such as the award-winning Spiritual Prepper. Award-winning devotional books, Invincible and For Uncertain Times. He is a regular guest on national and international radio and streaming web shows, along with hosting his weekly live streaming program Stand Firm 360.

Jake resides in Northwest Arkansas with his wife Amanda and two daughters, Andrea and Addison, and their mischievous beagle, Charlie.

CONTROVERSIAL LAST DAYS ISSUES



Instead of dividing over controversial and contested issues, we focus on what Jesus told all of us to be
doing to get ready for His return. We believe that regardless of end time opinions, all Christians should prepare for the Last Days in unity.

EVANGELISM



We believe the ultimate purpose of life is to know and glorify God and to attain eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. We believe the Last Days are the last chance for many to achieve this. God desires we share this good news beginning within our own families and churches and then reaching out to a suffering humanity that needs to embrace His love and sacrifice

SALVATION



We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful humanity, regeneration by the Holy Spirit through faith in Jesus Christ is absolutely essential.
